Some top players are in action at the Northern Ireland Open this week as the competition reaches its business end. Home favourite Mark Allen is among those in the draw in Belfast, but Ronnie O'Sullivan has opted to sit this one out. Allen progressed into the last-16 on Wednesday night with a nail-biting 4-3 win against Ben Woollaston. But will he go all the way on home turf?
Elsewhere, there was a defeat for Mark Selby in the second round as he was beaten 4-2 by Jack Lisowski, but attention will shift quickly to the last-16 this afternoon. Judd Trump takes on Gary Wilson in one of two games at 1pm, while Allen himself returns to the table at 3pm to take on Hill Aaron for a place in the quarter-finals. All-in-all there are eight matches scheduled for today (Thursday) and we will have you covered for every pot!
